Bio
RYAN J. DOWNEY is a regular contributor to MTV News, Alternative Press and MovieWeb. He has worked as on-air reporter, host, writer and producer for MTV, MSNBC and E!. He has provided opinion and commentary to programs on VH1, IFC, Fuse, Current and Oxygen. His writing and reporting have appeared in Billboard, Huffington Post, Premiere, OC Weekly, SFGate.com and other publications. He is the founder of Superhero Productions, providing broadcast, web and DVD content to a number of clients including major film studios. He personally handles management for a number of bands in the Christian and general markets through Superhero Artist Management.
