Played as Texas A&M wide receiver as a freshman, sophomore and part of junior year until changing positions to become starting quarterback in 2010 half-way through the season.
Tannehill is the only player in FBS history with a 400-yard passing game and a 200-yard receiving game and is the only player to record more than 3,000 passing yards and more than 1,500 receiving yards in his career.
In 2011, broke the Texas A&M school record for season passing yards with 3,744 yards.
Tannehill ended his career as the most accurate passer in school history, completing 484-of-774 passes for a 62.5 completion percentage.
