What is ELITE Tour Marketing?

Purpose:

To provide managers and promoters with the resources and support they need to insure maximum success for their event

Resources:

• Liaison between promoter, artist management, booking agency, and record label regarding any needs related to promotion of event
• Liaison between promoter, artist management, booking agency, and record label to help create synergy with event promotion and other avenues of marketing, promotion and ministry related to contract artist and event
• Maintain regular contact with promoter from the time the show is confirmed to after the show has played, assisting with any needs that may come up
• Provide promoter with approved images, music, music videos, video greetings, artwork, etc. for promotional needs
• Provide promoter and management assistance with event marketing and promotion plan development (if needed)
• Provide management and booking agency periodic ticket counts for event
• Provide promoter with relevant information and resources about contract artist
o Radio , sales and publicity updates
o Record label and management marketing updates
o Sponsorship and ministry activity information relevant to event
